I hereby give and bequeath all my personal property and real
estate situated in North Strabane Township,Washington County,state
of Pennsylvania,to my wife Mrs.Nettie Dunn as long as she shall Ii e.
At her decease,I give and bequeath my refrigerator to my
daughter,Mrs.Hazel Lusk.
That furthermore at her decease all the personal property and
real estate remaining,shall be divided into four equal parts,one
equal fourth part,I give and bequeath unto and amongst Mr.Harold
B.Dunn,Myrtle A.,his wife and Jeanette and Harold Junior,their
children,to be equally parted and divided amongst them share and
