LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
BEATRICE FLORENCE ANGERMAN
I,BEATRICE FLORENCE ANGERMAN,of the City of Monongahel ,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:Unto my beloved son,HOWARD ANGERMAN,I give,
devise and bequeath my real estate and household furnishings
located in the Second Ward of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and all the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature of where-
so ever situate,I give,devise and beq~eath unto my beloved son,
FRED ANGERMAN,JR.and my beloved grandson,FRED ANGERMAN,III,
share and share alike and to be equally divided between them.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,
FRED ANGERMAN,JR.as the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
