That I,JESS IE.B.GREGG ,of Long Branch Borough
in the County oj Hash ington and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last 'Ullltll and Uestalllent,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut r ix
hereinafter named,aslsoon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate both real and
personal of any nature whatsoever unto my three daughters,
ALPHARETTA RILEY,of Buena Vista,Pennsylvania,JESSIE BOHN of
California,Pennsylvania,and DORIS LYTLE of Long Branch,Pennsylvania,
equally share and share alike.
THIRD:I direct my executrix to have the right to sell and
dispose of any and all of my property as she may deem fit,to
accomplish the purposes of this will,that she need not petition the
Court for the sale or disposition of any of my property,nor post
bond threfore.
No bond is required to be given by the executrix in the
administration of my estate,and that if notwithstanding this request
any bond is required by any law,statute or rule of Court no sureties
be required therefore.
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint my daughter DORIS LYTLE
to be Executrix ofthis my last Will and Testament.
