ELNORA J.ENGLAND DANLEY
I,Elnora J.England Danley,of the City of Wheeling,County of Onio,
and State of rlest Virginia,being over twenty-one years of age,and of
Bound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and deolare this to
be ~last ~ill and testament as to such property it has pleased God to en-
trust me With,hereby revoking and annulling any and all wills heretofore
by me made:
First:I direct that all my just debts,last illness and funeral ex-
penses be paid by my executors hereinafter na~d as soon after my decease
as may be found convenient to do so.
Seoond:I request that my two daughters,Gwendaline and Lila,take
care of my husband,their father,both in sickness and in health.
Third:I give,devise and bequeath to my eldest daughter,Gwendaline
Ivadale Danley·Younginger,my share in the property located at 3 South ain
Street in Washington,Pennsylvania.Also one half of my share of the farm
looated in East Finley Township,~ashington County,Pennsylvania.
Fourth:To my youngest daughter,Lila Eldine Danley,I give,devise and
be~eath my home property looated at No.911,MoCollooh Street,l~eeling,
West Virginia.Also one halt of my said farm looated in East Finley Town-
ship,ashington County,Pennsylvania.
Fifth:I give,devise and bequeath all stooks and seourities I may
have at the time of my deoease,including any income from gas and oil pro-
~otion from my farm in Pennsylvania,to my two daughters,Gwendaline and
Lila,share and share alike.
Sixth:It is my wish that my savings account at the National Bank of
West Virginia at Wheeling,and my savings account and cheoking aooount at
the Seourity Trust Company,and the proceeds from my insuranoe policy with
the E~itable Life,be·uses to pay my dootor bills and funeral expenses,and
it there are any prooeeds remaining in these three funds after all of above
named expenses and.bills have been paid.I give,devise and bequeath what
is lett over to my daughter,Gwendaline Ivadale Younginger.
eventh:It is my will that my household goods be divided between
my tw~daugnters to suit themselves,but if there is anything that neither
wante nor cannot use I direot that suoh be sold and not be given away and
any prooeeds therefrom be equally divided between them.
Eighth:If I should outlive ~sister now living at 3 South Main Street
'lashlngton,Pennsylvania,what she wl11s me or whatever I m~inherlt from
her,I give,devise and be~eath to my two dau~~ters,Gwendaline and Lila,
