LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,PATSY A.ANDY,JR.,of Washington,Washington Count,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publi~h and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking and
making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give and devise to my father,PATSY A.ANDY,
SR.,all my real property situate in South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being all of the same property
conveyed to me by deed of Joseph J.Miller et ux.,dated May 29,
1964,and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 1177,page 138.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature,
and wheresoever situate,to my children,SHAWN MARIE ANDY and
PATSY A.ANDY,III,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I do hereby nominate and appoint my father,
PATSY A.ANDY,SR.,to act as Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament,and to serve without bond.
