FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.I further order and direct my Executrix hereinafter named to select the Greenlee Funeral Home of Fredericktown,Pennsylvania,to take charge of my funeral which shall be of the same type as that of my deceased wife,Ella. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my real property which I may own at the time of my death in equal shares to my following children:My son,Joe Gallagher;my daughter, Betty Reghetti;my daughter,Eleanor Moore;and my daughter, Amelia Lakatos;provided,however,that my daughter Amelia Lakatos who is now living with me and who is taking care of me shall have the right or privilege to live in my home for a period of two year after my death providing,however,that she pays all of the taxes, fire insurance and makes the necessary repairs. THIRD:After my death,and after my daughter Amelia Lakatos has lived in my property for a period of two years,then I hereby authorize and direct my Executrix hereinafter named to sell this property at such price as she deems reasonable with the power to execute and deliver a good and recordable deed.However, it is my wish and desire that any of my children above referred to ;1 II shall have the first preference to purchase this property at such price as can be agreed upon by the Executrix and the buyer. FOURTH:I hereby authorize and direct my Executrix hereinafter named to sell my automobile and I request that my children hereinabove named shall have the first preference to pur- chase this automobile,at such price as the Executrix hereinafter named shall determine. FIFTH:As to my life insurance policies,regardless of the beneficiaries,it is my wish,request and desire that the proceeds be divided equally among my four children above referred SIXTH:As to all of my furniture which I may own at the time of my death,I hereby authorize and direct my Executrix to sell all of my furniture,provided,however,that any of my children above referred to shall have the first preference to pur- chase and remove any of my furniture. SEVENTH:Should my daughter Eleanor Moore or my daughter Amelia Lakatos die without any children,then I direct that their share be given to my daughter Betty Reghetti and my son Joe Gallagher in equal shares. EIGHTH:If my son Joe Gallagher should die and my daughter Betty Reghetti should die then it is my wish,desire and request that their share be devised to their own respective family.
