WILL
I,GUISEPPE FAVA,also known as JOSEPH FAVA,of
Somerset Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my
Last Will and Testament,and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses
of my illness and funeral.
SECOND.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,ITALIANA FAVA,
for life with the power to consume so much of the principal as may be needed
for her maintenance and support.
THIRD.Upon the death of my wife,I give,devise and bequeath
the residue of my estate as follows:
a.To my son,Frank Fava,the sum of Five Hundred (500.00)
Dollars.
II b.To my daughter,Mildred Davoli,the sum of Two Hundred
I ($200.00)Dollars.
c.To my daughter,Velia Sichi,the sum of Two Hundred
($200.00)Dollars.
d.The remainder 0 f such estate to my three sons,Louis G.
Fava,James Joseph Fava and Fred Fava,share and share alike.
FOURTH,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,LOUIS
G.FAVA,as executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct
that he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he
may act.
