LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GUY ALII ERI of R.D.#3 McDonald,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,m~mory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and.making
null and void any and all former wi lis,codiciJ'~or writings in the nature thereof by me
at any time made either individually or severally.
I do hereby direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as promptly as possible upon my decease.
I hereby,give,devise and bequeath all of
my estate,both real and personal and mixedl and wheresoeverr,situate,to the following
children in equal shares,share and share alike:Maneric Altieri of Cecil,Pennsylvania;
Alvin Altieri of Muse,Pennsylvania;Sylvan Altieri of Muse,Pennsylvania;Anthony
Altieri of Carnegie,Pennsylvania;Guy Altieri,Jr.of R.D:#3 McDonald,Pennsylvania;
Reno Altieri of R.D.#1 Canonsburg,Pennsylvania;Mary Altieri ;Reftiinger of R.D.#3
McDonald,Pennsylvania;Velia A.Johnston of R.D.#2 Canonsburg,Pennsylvania~and

Provided,however,that should any of the aforenamed children predecease me,then in
that event,his or her share shall go to his or her sur iving issue in equal shares.

Velia A.Johnston and her husband,Bruce Johnston,be permitted to live in my home at
Cecil,Pennsylvania for a period of one (1)year after my death if they so desire,free
of any rent charge.This is done because they lived with me and took care of me during
part of my lifetime.
