FIRST:I am going to designate my son,Boris Fedorchak,and my daughter,Dorothy DelRosso,as beneficiaries in my life insurance policy issued by General American Life Insurance Company and in the death benefit certificate issued by the United Russian Orthodox Brotherhood of America so that they will use the proceeds of said policy and certificate towards the payment of my funeral expenses.I direct the said beneficiaries to pay my funeral expenses from said proceeds and the remainder over and above said funeral expenses they shall divide among the nine children I have hereinafter listed in paragraph two of this Will. SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my nine children:Helen Grant,Anne Bachenski,Rose Warholick,Dorothy DelRosso,Michael Fedorchak, William Fedorchak,John Fedorchak,Ralph Fedorchak and Boris Fedorchak, their heirs and assigns,share and share alike.Should any of said children predecease me and if said child does not leave any children of his own, then such interest of said child shall go to the other surviving children named in this paragraph.
