WILL OF MILTON MYERS ALLSION
•
I,Milton Myers Allison,of Pultney Township,Belmont
County,Ohio,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any other will or wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
~I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,to my beloved wife,
Elizabeth Laing Allison,and I nominate,constitute and appoint
my said wife,Elizabeth Laing Allison,to be Executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament,to serve without bond.
~If my said wife,Elizabeth Laing Allison,shall have
predeceased me,then and in such case:
(a)I give,devise and bequeath all of my_estate to
my three children,Samuel Alexander Allison,Jane Laing Allison
Graham and Virginia Hamilton Allison Brevoort,share and share
alike,or to the issue per stirpes of such of my children as shall
have predeceased me,provided,however,that Olive L.Crawford
shall have the right to use,occupy and lease to others all my
undivided one-half interest in that certain lot of ground situate
in the Seventh Ward of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,which was conveyed to me by Emily Truax Johnston
by deed dated February 18,1956,of record in the Recorder's
Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 956 at
page 27,so long as she shall pay all expenses necessary for the
repair and protection of said property,including taxes,and shall
make all payments due under the terms of any mortgage thereon,
including principal and interest,and provided further that Olive
L.Crawford shall have the right within six months after my decease
to purchase said undivided one-half interest from my estate at the
value at which it is appraised for inheritance taxes;and

(b)I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Samuel
Alexander Allison,to be Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,to serve without bond,provided,however,that if my
said son shall for any reason be unable or unwilling to serve,
then and in such case,I nominate,constitute and appoint Olive L.
Crawford to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,to
serve without bond.
3.I direct that all inheritance taxes or other estate
taxes which may be payable because of my decease be paid out of
the residue of my estate.
