County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or
wills heretofore made by me.
FI ST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
S COND:to
I give and bequeath/my daughter,Mary Laverne
Carson,an option for three months from the time of my death in which
to purchase at my estate valuation or appraisal value,my house
trailer now located on land of my said daughter,Mary Laverne Carson
and her husband,Roland Carson.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath al the residue
of my estate,real,personal or mixed of whatever kind and wheresoever,
