LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHN GILBERT FULLUM,unmarried,of Chartiers Town hip,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make and publish this my Last Will
and Testament,and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my son,DeLOYAL FULLUM,
the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my aid on,DeLOYAL
FULLUM,all that vacant lot of ground situate in Chartier Town-
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and known as Lot o.62
as described in Deed Book 878,page 594 in the Recorder!Office
of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,JOHN GILBER
FULLUM,JR.,and his wife,GERALDINE FULLUM,all that certain
house and lot situate in Chartiers Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and known as Lot 61 as described in Deed Book 705,
pag 174,in the Recorder1s Office of Washington County,Penn yl-
vania.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my 'tate,
I give,devise and bequeath to my son,JOHN GILBERT FULLUM,JR.,
and his wife,GERALDI E FULLUM.
SIXTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,JOHN
GILBERT FULLUM,JR.,the executor of this my Last Will and Testa
ment,to serve without bond in any jurisdiction.
