Last Will and Testament of Eliza Jane Coatsworth.
KNO~ALL M~N BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,Eliza Jane Coatsworth,
widow of John G.coatsworth,deceased,of The Borough of Donora,Washing-
ton county,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish,acknowledge and c.eclare
this to be my Last ill and Testament,hereby revoking any and all will or
wills by me at any ttme heretofore made,in manner and form folIo ing,v1z;
First:I do hereby direct that all of just debts be paid by
my executors,as soon after my decease as to them shall seem expedient.
Second:In the event only that Eulalia Minor,who now lives
with me as.a domestic,shall remain unmarried and shall continue so to
live with me until the time of my decease,I do hereby give and bequeath
unto her,the said EUlalia Minor,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars,
to be paid by my executors out of my person estate,as soon after my de-
cease as to them shall seem expedient;but,if the said EUlalia !inor
shall marry,or shall not continue to live with me until my said decease,
then,in either of said cases,said bequest shall revert to and become a
part of my residuary estate,and shall pass to,and be distributed among,
the persons hereinafter appointed to receive the same,in the propostions
hereinafter mentioned.
Third:AI~the rest and residue of my estate,both real and
personal,I do hereby give,Will,devise and bequeath unto my three child-
ren,viz;my daughter Sarah L.Furman,wife of Frank FUrman,of Davistown,
Greene County,Pennsylvania;my son,Francis A.Coatsworth,of The Borough
of Donora,Vashington County,Pennsylvania,and my son,\alter S.Coats-
worth,of the said The Borough of Donora,in equal proportions,to have
.and to hold unto them,my said children,the said Sarah L.Furman,Francis
A.Coatsworth and Walter S.Coatsworth,and their respective heirs,execu-
torQ,administrators and assigns,forever,in the respective proportions as
aforesaid.
Fourth:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son-in-
law,the said Frank Furman,and my said sons,Francis A.Coatsworth and
Walter S.coatsworth,tc be the executors of this my said Last ~ill and
Testament.

in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
