I,~UNICE M.JARVIS,Executrix of the ESTATE OF LENA/W.
AYRBS,also known as LENA HO~ER AYRES,Deceased,do hereby depose
and say that R~YA~LIDDLE,a witness on the Last Will and
Testament of said decedent,if presently living in the State of
Florida,but I as a.su~viving daugh~~~do depose,say and
swear that the signature of my decea.sed mother,Lena W.Ayre s,

LAS T W ILL AND TESTAMENT
...
I,LENA W.AYRES,widow,of the City of McKeesport,
County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind and memory do hereby make,publish and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and declaring null
and void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix to pay my just debts,the
expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses,'as soon
as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath,all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,wherever the same may be situate,to
my two children,namely,my son,FRANKLIN F.AYRES,and my
daughter,EUNICE M.JARVIS,share and share alike.
THIRD:In the event that either of my two children,
namely,my son,FRANKLIN F.AYRES,or my daughter,EUNICE M.
JARVIS,predecease me,then and in any such case,the 'share of
my estate to which he or she is entitled shall go to his'or her
living children per stirpes and not per capita.
FOURTH:I do also nominate,constitute and appoint the
WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA NATIONAL BANK of McKeesport,Pennsylvania,
as Testamentary Guardian of the estates of minors entitled to
distribution hereunder,giving and granting to it in'the'capacity
of Guardian of the estates of minors,the power to agree to any
distribution of my estate that it deems advisable;the power to
retain any property,real or personal,received by it in kind and
the power and authority to sell the same upon such terms and
conditions as it believes advisable,giving good title to any
real estate thus sold;and the power and authority to"invest in
such stocks,bonds and/or investments it deems advisable,~with
out being limited to those investments in which guardians"are by
law required to invest minors'funds;and giving and granting to
it,in this capacity,the power and authority to disburse'to,
or for,the benefit of the minor wards,so much of the-ineome
from,and the principal of the minor's share of my estate as it,
in its sole discretion,deems advisable for the minor's"comfort,
support,maintenance and complete education,including'prepara-
tory,college and post-graduate or professional training,and to
aid the minor in the event of any illness,injury or other
emergency affecting the minor wards wherein money is needed.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
EUNICE M.JARVIS,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,LENA W.AYRES,widow,have
