IT WILL
I,Ida H.Chase of South Strabane Township,'"'ashington
county and State of'Pennsylvania,do make and pu lisl1 this for
my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and f'uneral
expenses be fully pai as soon as convenient after my death.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,
Annie F.Drebert,my lot of ground situate in the Borough of
nrcntwood,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,absolutely;and also
two shares of stoc:of the st.Clairs Savings,Trust Company,
'?noxville,Pittsburgh,Pa.
Third.As to all my remaining and the balance of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever,of
which I 81 all die seizecl and possessed,or to which I shall be
entitled at tle time of my deeease,I direct and my will is that
the same bedivided into two parts,and tIe first part,or one-half
I give,devise and bequeath to my brother,"'illian n.Garrett,and
tIe remuining part,or one-half,I give devise and bequeath to
my sister',Annie I.Drebert,so that each shall receive,sh re
