I,oy L.Fletcher of 290 East Wheeling street,City of Washing-
ton,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void all form-
er wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as he can do so conven-
iently after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,both real
and personal,wheresoever situate,in equal shares,to my four grand-
children,namely,James Adrian Fletcher,of Boulder,Colorado,Jerome
Ponton Fletcher of 17 Farley Street,washington,Pennsylvania,Sindra
Lee Caffrey of Leet Street,Washington,Pennsylvania,and Gladys Dian
Fletcher of 17 Farley Street,Washington,Pennsylvania.
Third.I hereby name,constitute and appoint my brother-in-law,
John Gunn,of Washington R.D.,Washington County,Pennsylvanla,to be
Executor of this my last will and testament,and I direct that he
serve without bond,being hereby excused from filing bond.
In Witness Whereof,I,Roy L.Fletcher,the Testator abovenamed,
have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal on this ~
day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred
and Sixty-one (1961).
