SECOND:I devise and bequeath to Wilbur Kearns and Jean Kearns,his wife,or the survivor of thwffi,the sum of Four Hundred ($400.00)Dollars. THIRD:I devise and bequeath to the proper ohuroh officers designated by church law to administer the funds of the Church of Edwards Chapel,situated in Nottingham Township, Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to be used as they deem wise for the benefit of the churoh. F'OUR~H::;r deVise and bequeath to the Charleroi Cemetery Association for the upkeep of the cemetery the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars. FIFTH:I devise and bequeath to my sister,Bertha Wilson, my home property at 622 Fayette Street,Washington,Pennsylvania, together with all household goods which I own,for the balance of her natural life or as long as she desires to occupy the same, but at her death the same shall be sold and the proceeds divided equally between my liVing brothers and sisters except Seth Kearns,who is to receive no share of my estate.If before her death,she desires to give up occupancy of the home the same shall likewise be sold and divided equally between my living brothers and sisters.Living brothers and sisters shall mean my brothers and sisters living at the time my sister Bertha gives up occupancy of the home either by her death or by her election to do so. SIXTH:All the rest and residue of my estate I devise and bequeath to my brothers and sisters living at the time of my death exoept Seth Kearns aforesaid,who shall take no share in my estate. .- SEVENTH:I appoint my sister,Bertha Wilson,executrix of this will,and in the event of her death Barron P.McCune shall be executor hereof.
