In the matter of the Probate of the last Will and Testa-
ment of May Rea Abel Cochran,deceased:-
The petition of OLIVE W.GRACE respectfully represents:
1.lbat the executrix named in the last \/ill and
Testament of May Rea Abel Cochran,dated the lOth day of July,
1919,has renounced her right to take out letters upon said estate
in Pennsylvania,that said executrix,Mrs.Belle Rea EWing,is one
of the four heirs of the deceased,who are as follows:Mrs.Belle
Rea Ewing,Conotton,Ohio,Mrs.May Moffitt,Conotton,Ohio,Miss
Georg a Cady,Uricksvil1e,Ohio,and Mrs.Olive V.Grace,Washington,
Pennsylvania,who have requested that ancillary letters of adminis-
tration,etc.,be granted by the Register of vlills of ~~ashington
County,Pennsylvani~to your petitioner.
2.That the said testatrix was a resident of and
domiciled in the State of Ohio,City of Conotton,Harrison County,
and died in the said City of Conotton,Ohio,on the 21st day of
December,1921.
3.That said testatrix was possessed of personal
property in the Borough of Washington,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,to the value of $2,280,with interest,which personal property
