LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Mary Fekete of Richeyville,County of Washington,State of
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,and
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in
manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills here-
tofore made by me.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after
my decease.
Second:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
remaining after the payment of just debts and funeral expenses,as
aforesaid,whether real,personal,or mixed,of which I shall die
ceased and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at my decease,
I give,devise,and bequeath to my children;Michael D.Fekete,
Frank Fekete,Jr.,Andrew Fekete,and Mary Fekete Tasker,share
and share alike,and to their heirs and ss forever.
I do hereby make,constItute and appoint Frank Fekete,executor
of this my L st W 11 and Testament,without bond.
IN WITNESS ~REOF,I Mary Fekete the Testatrix above named,
