I,J.C.DAGUE,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time here-
tofore made.
FIRST.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as can conveniently
be done after my decease.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my son,Glenn A.Dague,
my automobile if I should be the owner of one at the time of my
I:death.
THIRD.I give and bequeath to my son,H.Ernest Dague,
I the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
FOURTH.The one-half of all the rest and residue of my
estate I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Glenn A.Dague,of
Washington,Pennsylvania;and tr-e other one-half of the residue of
lImy estate I give,devise and bequeath to the widow and two
children of my deceased son,Roy H.Dague,namely:Laura Dague,
If Lucile Walters and Henry C.Dague,share and share alike.
II LASTLY,I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,
Glenn A.Dague,to be the Executor of this my last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS ~~EREOF,I,J.C.Dague,the Testator above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
12th day of November,A.D.1948.
