LAST ~AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,MILDRED IaENE ASSENAT
alias MILDRED I.ASSENAT,a widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all former Wills,by me,at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,real,personal or mixed of which
I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled
at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses
of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I give,devise and bequeath the same in equal one-half (i)shares
unto my two daughters,namely,FLORENCE ASSENAT HOUGGY and JEAN
ASSENAT COSNER to be theirs absolutely and in fee,provided that
each of them survive me;if,however,either or both of them pre-
decease,me,then and in that event,I give,devise and bequeath
their shares to the issue of their bodies;provided further that
if either of my daughters predecease me without leaving issue of
her body,then and in that event,I give,devise and bequeath the
residue of my estate unto my surviving daughter in fee.
THIRD:I nominate,consititute and appoint my two daughters,
FLORENCE ASSENAT HOUGGY and JEAN ASSENAT COSNER,or the survivor,
to be the Executrices of this my Last Will and Testament,and I
direct that neither shall be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which they may act.
