LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,PAUL P.FRANK,Widower,of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understandin
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking and
making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRS'C I direct that all of my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my
estate,real,personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and nature
and wheresoever situate to my children,FRANCES ANN BASHUR,
JACQUELINE CHROPEK and JOSEPH FRANK,share and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my
daughter,FRANCES ANN BASHUR,as Executrix of this,my Last Will
and Testament,and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,PAUL P.FRANK,have to this,my
Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and seal this
