LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOSEPH ANTAL,of the County of Washington and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this my Last Will a:ld Testament,hereby
revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills and Codicils by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor to pay my just debts,the
expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath to my son,ALBERT
ANTAL,the sum of Five ($5.00)Dollars;to my daughter,MARGARET
THOMAS,the sum of Five ($5.00)Dollars;to my son,JOSEPH ANTAL,JR.,
the sum of Five ($5.00)Dollars;and to my daughter,OLGA E.JACKMAN,
the sum of Five ($5.00)Dollars.All the rest,residue and remainder
of my property I give,devise and bequeath to my son,WILLIAM ANTAL.
THIRD:I authorize my Executor to sell any and all real
estate of which I die seized,at public or private sale,for such prices and
upon such terms and conditions as it shall deem advisable,and to make,
execute and deliver good and sufficient deed or deeds therefor,conveying
title thereto in fee simple absolute or for any less estate to any purchaser
or purchasers.

FOURTH:I authorize my Executor to make distribution
of my estate in kind,in cash,or partly in kind and partly in cash,as my
Executor shall believe advisable.
FIFTH:I name and appoint my son,WILLIAM ANTAL,
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
