I,DOLORES E.GRAY,of the Borough of Charleroi,Wash-

ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby re-
voking and making void,any and all other Wills at any time here-
tofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and the
expenses of my funeral be paid.
I direct that all inheritance,succession
and estate taxes assessed because of my death,whether the propert
or funds to which such taxes are attributable pass under this my
Will or not,be borne by the principal of my residuary estate,and
that my Executrix payor provide for the payment of such taxes at
such time or times and in such manner as my Executrix deems to be
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved mother,
ELIZABETH GRAY:in event that my said beloved mother should pre-
decease me,I then give,devise and bequeath tpe same unto my
beloved brothers,ROBERT T.GRAY and EARL W.GRAY,to share and
share alike,per stirpes.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
DR.P.J.BLYTHE,M.D.,to serve as the Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set myhand and seal,
to this my Last Will and Testament,consisting of two (2)type-
written pages,this t.z~aay of September,1960.
