I,SARAH FEINBERG,of the Borough of Charleroi,County of WeshingtOl
and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby revoke
all Wills and codicils as well as all other instruments of a testamentary
nature heretofore made by me and do hereby make,publish and declare this
to be my Last ,Till and Testament,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay
all of my just debts,funeral and testamentary expenses as soon after my
death as shall be practicable.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real,personal and mixed,of Whatever kind and nature and wherever situate,
of which I shall die seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled at
the time of my death,to my beloved husband,RumN FEINBERG.If,however,
my said husband should predecease me,then I give,devise and bequeath all
the rest of my property,real,personal and mixed,of Whatever kind and
nature and wherever situate,of which I shall die seized or possessed or to
which I may be en titIed at the time of my death,to my beloved children,
EDWARD FEINBERG,BERNARD M.FEINBERG,JOSEPH T.FEINBERG and ESTHER FEINBERG
GABER,in equal shares.
THIRD:I hereby name,constitute and appoint my sons,
ED\vARD FEINBERG and BERNARD M.FEINBERG,or the surnvor of them,as Executors
of this,my Last ill and Testament,to serve without being required to give
or file any bond whatsoever.
