I,Sarah T.Denny,of Washington,Pennsylvania,
R.D.#5,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former wills by Ine at any time heretofore
made.
1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as can con-
veniently be done after my decease.
2.I hereby authorize and direct my Executors
hereinafter named,to sell all my real estate wheresoever situate,
on such terms and such prices as my Executors may deem proper,
and to make and deliver a deed or deeds to the purchaser or pur-
chasers the same as I could do if living and witllout the purchase I
or purchasers being required to look after the application of
the purchase money.Nothing in the foregoing power of sale
shall be construed to mean that my Executors must sell my real
estate within one year from my death,but said power shall be
good and valid at any time after my decease.
3.I also direct my Executors to convert all
my personal estate into cash as soon as convenient after my
decease.
I give,devise and bequeath all the proceeds
of my real estate and personal estate to my eight children,
viz.Amanda Carl,Annabel Neely,Janet Work,Walter M.Denny,
3lizabeth Craft,Marguerite Thomas,Alma Cagnon,Sara Wolf,
3hare and share alike.
Lastly I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my son,Walter M.Denny,and my daughter,Sara Wolf,to be the
Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I,Sarah T.Denny,the
Testator above named,have hereunto subscribed my hand and
affixed my seal,the tenth day of March,in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the
above named Sarah T.Denny as and for her last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names
at her request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said
Testator and of each other.
