I,LEWIS GESSNER,of the Borough of East
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby
make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any other Will or Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
~I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to
pay all my funeral expenses and just debts as soon as
convenient after my decease.
~.In event my beloved wife,Ruth B.Gessner,
shall survive me for a period of thirty (30)days after my
death I give,devise and bequeath to her,my entire estate,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate.It is my desire
that my wife shall,in her sole discretion,provide for the
necessities of life for my sister-in-law,Julia Bramson,
and her aunt,Dora Kwal,both of Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
~In event my wife should not survive me for a
period of thirty (30)days,then and in such event,I give,
devise and bequeath my said estate to the said Dora Kwal,
and request that she,in her sole discretion,shall provide
the necessities of life for my sister-in-law,Julia Bramson.
~I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Ruth B.Gessner,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,provided however,that if she shall be unable to act,
then and in such event I appoint the said Dora Kwal to be such
Executrix.
