KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,STEVE GEEZER,
a resident of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,

.l';·hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
:t".,And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I may die seized and possessed,I give,devise
and bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as may be conven-
iently possible after the date of my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my two beloved sons,WILLIAM G.GEZZER and STEVE
H.GEZZER,in equal one-half (1/2)shares,to have and to hold the
same unto them,their heirs and assigns forever.
'nHRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint WILLIAM
G.GEZZER Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.I further
direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which he may act.
