LAST WILL AND TESTM~NT.
I,Jeanette Fritsch1e,now residing at 198 Caldwell Avenue,
in Canton Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and disposing memory,do hereby make and publish this my last
Will and Testament,revoking any Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I hereby authori~e and direct my E~ecut~ix,hereina~er
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as
convenient.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real,personal
and mixed,~~eresoever situate,to my brother,Earl Fritschle,for
and during the t-erm of hie natural life,'\'I1itu the power to eonsume
any or all of the personal estate,with remainder to my niece,
Margaret Fritschle Ulery,of 173 Caldwell Avenue,Washington,Fa.,
to be hers absolutely,my brother not being required to give any
bond for the personal estate.
3.I hereby nominate and appoint my niece,Margaret Fritschle
Ulery,to be the E~ecutriz of this my last Will and Testament.
