Ewing her attorn~,and filed her written petition,praying therein among other things far the adm1 ssion to proba.te and recordation of a paper writing dated the 29 day of January,1920,a.nd which said paper writing purports to be the Last Will and T esta.ment of George F.C1.eaens,deceased,a.nd at the s~e time filed said pa.per writing together wit.'l such petition with the undersigned.. And it appearing fran the said petition tha.t,George Clemens,late a resident of Ohio County,west Virginia.,depa.rted this life on the 4th day of February, 1920,leaVing the pa.per wri ting d3.ted a.s aforesa.td as a.nd for his Last Will and Test arne nt. And it further a.ppearing from the Sg,1d petition tha.t the only persons interested in the proba.te of the sa.id purported Will,as legatees thereun<ier, or who would be entitled to share in the distribution of the esta.te of the said George Cl ~ens,deceased,in case he had died intestate are the folloWing, namely:Nora M~Clemens,widow of said George Clemens,deceased,William J. Cl emens,Molly B.Marten and Hazel M.Russell,only children of said George Cl ~ens,deceased,a.11 of whom are over the age of twenty-one years except the sa.id Hazel M.Russell,who is a minor a.nd und~the age of twenty-one yea.rs.
