KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,EDNA ACKER,
of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do
hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently possible after my
decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever the
same may be at the time of my decease to my grandnephew,ALEXANDER
KRONEMER,and my grandniece,DOROTHY KRONEMER,in equal shares.
THIRD:In the event my aforesaid grandniece and
grandnephew should be minors at the time of my decease,then I
nominate and appoint my niece,Lois Kronemer,to act as guardian
of the estates of the above grandniece and grandnephew.During the
term of their minority my niece,Lois Kronemer,shall be authorized
to expend such funds on their respective behalfs as are necessary
for their support and education while attending college or other
school after their graduation from high school.In the event these
funds are not exhausted by the expense of education as speficied above,
then my niece,Lois Kronemer,is directed to turn over to each
respective child his share when he or she reaches the age of twenty-
one (21).
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint my niece,LOIS
KRONEMER,to act as Executrix of my estate.
