vania,do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby re-
voking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.I direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all my just
debts as soon after my decease as convenient.
2.I direct my Executor to pay my funeral expenses and have erect-
ed at my grave in the Claysville Cemetery a marker and pay for these two
items the sum of Two Thousand (~2000.00)ollars,which amount is to be
paid as soon after my decease as is practical.
3.I give,devise and bequeath to my Sister-in-law,Cassie Flack,
the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00)Dollars.
4.I give,devise and bequeath to my nephew,Knox li'lack,the sum of
One Thousand (1000.00)Dollars.
7:~I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay the
Transfer Inheritance tax on the above two legacies out of the balance of
my Estate.
6.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my brother,John'•Flack.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my brotner,John M.Flack,of
Taylorstown,Pennsylvania,Executor of tnis my last Will and Testament.
