LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EDNA C.DAY.
I,Edna C.Day,of Morris Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
hereby make and publish this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
THIRD:I give and devise unto my six children equally,
my undivided interest,which is the undivided one-fifth,in the
farm in Morris Township,Washington·County,Pennsylvania,near
the East Finley Township line,adjoining Thomas Ryan,Elliott
Heirs,Ad Stollar and others,containing 140 acres,more or less.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my husband,
Calvin S.Day,all my real and personal property,to have and to
hold during his natural life,except as in paragraph 4th hereof.

FOURTH:I give and devise unto my daughter,Hazel Day
Andrew,all my interest in the house and approximately one acre
of ground where she now lives,bounded on the southeast by the
public road,on the northeast by land of Charles A.HUghes,and
on the other two sides by the lines of the fence as now construct-
ed.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to be diVided as
follows:One-third to my son,George L.Day,and the other two-
thirds to be divided equally among my five daughters,Hazel Day
Andrew,Phoebe Day Newman,Eleanor Day Miller,Mary Day Muir,and
Janet Day Logue.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my

husband,Calvin S.Day,and my son,George L.Day,to be executors
of this my last will and testament.
