Register 2 W ILL I,the undersigned JOSEPH FORREST,SR.,domiciled at South Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,hereby make,publish and declare this my last will and testament (here- by revoking any and all testamentary writings by me heretofore made),in manner and form following,to-wit: 1.I give and devise to my son,Joseph Forrest,Jr.,all my interest in the real property,where I now reside,designated as No.1427 North Main Street,and described in deed of Robert J. Henry,single,recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 549,page 669,for and during the term of the natural life of my said son,conditioned that he faithfully and promptly pay all taxes and other charges thereon and keep the same in repair,with remainder and reversion to my granddaughter,Mary Jo Forrest. 2.All the residue of my estate,of whatsoever kind, wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to the Pitts- burgh National Bank,in trust,nevertheless,for the education of my said granddaughter,Mary Jo Forrest,and for her maintenance and support while attending school,with unlimited discretion for the use of principal and income for said trust purposes and in the inves ment of the corpus and income of said trust estate;and to pay over and distribute to said Mary Jo Forrest any balance of principal and income when she shall reach the age of twenty-one years:Further,said trustee shall have power to use principal and income for the maintenance and preservation of any interest which it or the said Mary Jo Forrest shall or may have in real estate.Any substituted or successor trustee shall exercise and be charged with all the rights and duties of the trustee as afore- said. 3.I hereby make,constitute and appoint said Pittsburgh National Bank as executor of this my will.
