Section No.-1- This section provides tor my 4eath and burial and authorizing the Executor of my Will to direct and supervise all arrangements necessary and to provide me with a suitable funeral and burial tit ing my position in life and to see that all expenses incidental thereto are promptly paid and if sufficient money remains in my estate to erect a marker to my grave ,the same to be inexpensive.ALSO to provide a similar marker to the grave of my late husband,William ~xon. THIS SECTION provides for the distribution of my estate,both real and peB8enal on the event of the death of my only surviving son,Alber Tyler,.0 whom I give and bequeath at my death,a lfe interest in m7 en tire estate(Subject to the prOVisions contained in article of agree- ment entered into by my son Albert and myself prior to my death and th faithful performance of said agreement.),both real and personal,and direct him to preserve said property without encumbrance of any kind including loans and paying of taxes and repair and enjoy it the same as if the title were in his name and at his (Albert Tyler's)death and at a time ,considered practical ,as soon thereafter his death,the property consideration ,after debts and other legal obligations are sa~isfied,to be givenshare and share alike to his children,if any he has and if his child or children are small and irresponsible,the proceeds of said sale to be placed in trust for one and all until they reach the age of eighteen years,at which time it be paid to it or them to be used as an assistance to securing an education and if the said Alsert Tyler should die without issue,it is my will and desire that the residue of my estate after debts incidental thereto are paid to be divided between my Niece,Lillian Cox,whose last address vas l78-'{est Barley St.,Atlanta Georgia and my church,the St.Hilliary Catholic church,located on Henderson Ave.,'ashington,Pa.,with ~u thority to the priest in charge of said church,to distribute to th8 best of his knowledge and judgment to the .~d of colored catholics.
