LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ELIZABETH R.ACKERMAN
I,ELIZABETH R.ACKERMAN,widow,a resident of Union
Township,Wash1ngton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and memory,hereby revoke all w11ls and codicils,as well as all
instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
and testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor or
Executrix hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be
after my death.
SECOND:I direct my Executor or Executrix to pay
all estate,inheritance,transfer and succession taxes,includin
any interest and penalties thereon,which shall become payable
by reason of my death,out of the principal of my residuary
estate,without seeking reimbursement from or charging any per-
son therefor.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,of
which I may die seized or possessed,or over which I may have
testamentary control,or to 'which I may be in any way entitled,
of whatsoever the same may consist,I give,devise and bequeath
to my three (3)daughters-in-law,CORRINE M.RIDER,BESSIE L.
RIDER ,and FREDA L.RIDER,their heirs and assigns,in equal
shares.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my son,LESLIE A.RIDER,of the Borough of Finleyville,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,as the Executor of this,my Last Will
and Testament,to serve without bond.Should my said son die
in my lifetime,or shall he refuse or be unable to act,then
in such event I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter-in-law,FREDA L.RIDER,as the Executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament,to serve without bond.
FIFTH:I hereby grant to my Executor or Executrix
full power and authority in his or her discretion,to sell all
or any part of the real or personal estate of which I shall die
seized or possessed at pUblic or private sale,for cash or on
credit and on such terms and conditions as he or she may deem
expedient,and good and sufficient conveyances therefor to
execute and deliver.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have on this 24th day of January
A.D.1970,signed,sealed,published and declared the foregoing
instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament in the presence
of each and all of the subscribing witnesses,each of whom I
have requested in the presence of the others to subscribe their
names as attesting witnesses,in my presence and in the presence
of the others.
This instrument,consisting of three (3)typewritten
pages,was subscribed,sealed,published and declared by
ELIZABETH R.ACKERMAN,the Testatrix above named,as and for her
Last Will and Testament,in our presence and in the presence of
each of us,and we at the same time,and at her request and in
her presence,and in the presence of each other,hereunto sub-
scribed our names and addresses as attesting witnesses this
24th day of January,A.D.1970.
