following to be my last will and testament:
I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Rhoda Jane Gnagey,
all my property,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever situate,to be hers absolutely and forever,and ap-
point her the executrix of this my will.
