I,ANDREW FABRICK,SR.,of Blainesburg,East Pike Run
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,pUblish andde-
clare this My Last Will mdTestament,hereby revoking any and all
wills by me heretofore made.
First:I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as the same may be con-
veniently done after my death.
Second:To whichever one of my children who has been
living with me continuously for eighteen (18)months prior to my
decease,I give,devise and bequeath the right to live in my resi-
dence with his or her immediate family so long as he or she shall
continuously reside therein,keep the taxes paid when due,keep
the improvements insured in the fair value thereof and keep the
bu!ldings thereon in good and tenantable repair.
Third:If none of my children shall qualify under the
preceding paragraph or having qualified fails to keep the conditions
the eof or at his or her death whichever shall first occur,then I
direct my executor hereinafter named to sell my home property to
whichever one of my children bids the most therefor.If none of
my children elects to buy said premises,then I authorize,empower
and direct my executor to sell the same to some other person at
either public or private sale for the best price he can obtain at
the time of said sale;and upon any sale by my executor under this
paragraph of my Will,I hereby authorize and empower my executor
to make,execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed therefor
without proceedings in court of any kind.
Fourth:Subjedt to the foregoing,all my estate,real,
personal and mixed and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and be-
queath to my eleven children,Andrew Fabrick,Jr.,~es Chenger,
Joseph Fabrick,Mary Klima,Theresa Kula,Margaret Toth,Louis
Fabrick,Hermina Parkinson,Elisabeth Klima,Sue Klima and Helen
