Carroll Township,Washington County,Pa.,being of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
as and for my last will and testament,hereby revoking and maklng
null and vold any and all wills and testaments,or wrltlngs ln the
nature thereof,by me at any tlme heretofore made.
FIRST:I dlrect that all my Just debts ~nd funeral expenses be
pald as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,and wheresoever the same may be sltuate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my daughter,Evelyn Darr,former wife of
Herman Schwalbe,to and for her only proper use and benefit,her
heirs and assigns,forever.
~HIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,Evelyn Darr,as
the executrix of this my last will and testament.
