LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
HERBERT R.ANKROM
I,HERBERT R.ANKROM,of Canton Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any other will or
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeFal expenses as soon as convenient after
my decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my wife,ERASMIA RENEE ANKROM,if she shall survive me
for a ~eriod of ten (10)days,provided,however,that if my said
wife shall fa 1 to so survive me,then and in such event I give,
devise and bequeath the residue of my estate to my son,CHARLES
E.TROUPE.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
ERASMIA RENEE ANKROM,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,provided,however,that if my said wife is unable or
unwilling to act,then and in such event I appoint my son,
CHARLES E.TROUPE,to be such Executor.
