I,CHARLES GARFIELD GREGG,of the City of Washington,~ashington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that my executor hereinafter named,pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as con-
veniently may be done.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my nephew,L.CRAWFORD ROBERTS,
of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,any automobile which I may own at the
time of my decease.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my son,JAMES C.GREGG,the
sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)dollars in cash,and I give and bequeath
to CARROLL GREGG of Hagerstown,Maryland,my grandson,son of Charles
L.Gregg,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)dollars in cash,or a
total of Four Hundred ($400.00)dollars to the two of them.
FOUR~l:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal
or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to the following named persons
and in the proportions herein after set forth:
To my son,CHARLES L.GREGG,an undivided one-half (1/2)
interest of my residuary estate.
To my two grandsons,HAROLD L.GREGG and RICHARD GREGG,
sons of James C.Gregg,the other one-half (1/2)of my
residuary estate in equal proportions,being an undivided
1/4 interest in my residuary estate to each of them.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint ADAM L.
SANDERS,of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
Executor of this my Last ill and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
b~day of July,

as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,who,
at his request,and in his presence and in the presence of each other,
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
