LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

AIJAA C.AOOENSTENE
I,ALMA C.AUGENSTENE,of the Township of Peters,County of Washington
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as convenient after my decease •
SECOND:.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of whatso-
ever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,
G.MILTON AUGENSTENE,and I appoint my said husband,G.MILTON AIDENSTENE,the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
THIliDc In the event my husband,G.MILTON AUGENSTENE,predeceases
me or our deaths occur as a result of or can be attributed to a common
accident or disaster,then,and in that event,I give,devise and bequeath
mry residuary estate to my three children:GRACE A.SCHINDLER,LILLIAN M.
HASENKOPF and MILTON G.AIDENSTENE,equally,share and share alike.
LASTLY,I appoint my son,MILTON G.AIDENSTENE,the Contingent
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament to serve in the event of the
death of lI\Y"husband,G.MILTON AIDENSTENE,in tlle manner aforementioned,and
I direct that no bond or other security be required of him regardless of his
residence at the time of my death.
