understanding,do hereby make,publish and eeclare this to be my
last Will and Testament,thereby revokine and making null and void
any and all Wills and Testaments or Writings,in the nature thereof,
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and f~eral expense
be fully naid and satisfied as soon as conveniently May be after my
decease.
SECOND:I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate to
my children:George Debner,Agnes Saxon,and Ruth Stainaker,share
and share alike subject to the following bequest:
A.I ~ive and bequeath to my other children as follows:
Margare t Tokay,the sum of THREE HUNDRED (~p 300.00)DOLLARS
Pauline Yonek,the sum of THREE IDlliDRED ($300.00)DOLLARS;
Tommy Yonek,the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ($150.00)
DOLLARS;
Johnny Yonek,the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ($150.00)
DOLLARS,which bequests shall be a charge against said real estate.
THIRD:I hereby ffi8J.;:e,constitute and appoint my daughter
Agnes Saxon to be the executrix of this my Last Will and Testmaent.
