LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNA FEDAK,of R.D.#1,Imperial,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking and mak-
ing void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funera
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of m;estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and where
soever situate,to mj children as follows:One-half of the total
estate to my daughter,Rose Mocek,and the remaining one-half to
be divided equally among the following children:Stella
Dobrowolski,Katheryn Dobrowolski,Mary Kopko,Olga Kopko,and
Unnie Kowalik.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint Rose Mocek
as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament and to serve
without bond.
