I,the undersigned,MARY A.DAVIS,of Number 308 East
Chestnut Street,Washington,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and
declare the following to be my last will and testament,and I
of it for his own use,maintenance and support.
2.If my said husband shall not survive me,or at his
death,I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Hazel J.
Davis,and to her hair and asaigns forever,absolutely and in
fee simple,all of my e~tat real,personal and mixed,of every
kind and nature and wherever situate,or any part thereof which
shall not have been used and consumed by my said husband as pro-
vided in Paragraph One of this ']1.
3.I hereby appoint as the executor of thi!,my last
will and testament,Lloyd o.Hart,Attorney at Law,of Washington,
Pennsylvania.
In Witness Whereof,I,the undersigned,Mary A.DaviS,
the Testatrix,have hereunto set my hand and seal,this ninth
day of March,1944.
