LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
CALEB LLOYD GRIFFITH
I,Caleb Lloyd Griffith,of Akron,County of Summit,and State of Ohio,
being of full age and of soum mini and memory,do make,publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
Item I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of
my estate as soon as practicable after the time of decease.
Item II.All the property,real and personal,of ever,r kind and description,
wheresoever situated,'Which I nay own or have the right to dispose of at the time
of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Clara (nee Griffith)
Kerna.
Item III.In the event my daughter,Clara (nee Griffith)Kerns,does not
survive me,then in that event,I give,devise and bequeath all of my property of
whatsoever kind,nature and description and wheresoever situated,to my son-in-law,
John W Kerns.
Item IV.I make,nomimte and appoint my daughter,Clara (nee Griffith)Kerns,
to be my executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby authorizing and
empowering my said executrix to sell and convey all or any part of my estate,real,
personal or mixed,upon such terms and at such prices as she shall deem proper and
without obtaining any order of court therefor.
I also grant to my daughter,Clara (nee Griffith)Kerns,as Executrix,full
p~Ter and authority in the settlement of my estate to compromise,compound,adjust
and settle any and all debts and liabilities due to or from my estate for such
sums and upon such terms and conditions and in such manner as she shall deem best;
and I direct that no inventory appraisal or account of my estate be made or filed
insofar as the same may be legally dispensed with.
I direct that no bond shall be required of the said Clara (nee Griffith)Kerns
as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand at Akron,OhiO,this
