Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and
declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses and expenses
of administration be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my said estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,whether vested or contingent,I hereby give,
devise and bequeath unto my sisters,Pearl Day and Fern Hyatt,share and share
alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Pearl Day and
Fern Hyatt to be the executrices of my estate,to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,DONALD FILBY,the Testator,have to this,my
