I,James A.Chambers of South Strabane Township,County of
ashingtoll and.State of Pennsylvania,being 0 f sound mind and mem-
ry,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Tes-
tament,i~manner and form following,hereby revoking an¢and all
wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently ~ay be,after my
decease.
Second.I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay to my
1rother,Elizabeth Chambers,during her lifetime/Thirty Seven and one-
half ($37.50)dollars every three months from date of my death,and
further I direct that a jUdgment I hold against my said Mether and
all interest accrued and accruine th~reon shall not be collected un-
til after her death,but that said jucigment be revived from time to
time so as tQ retain and contiuJe the lien now held by me on her real
estate by Virtue of said jUdgment.Should my Mother sell her real
estate then my executrix is to collect the amount due my estate on
said jUdgment and satisfy the same.
Third.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,persona
and mixed,of every kind and description,whereever situate,subject
to the foregoing provision for my said Mother,unto my beloved wife,
Bertha A.Chambers to be her own absolute property and I direct that
no inventory or appraisement need be made or filed in the court,nor
an accounting of any kind to be made by her other than the payment of
my just debts and performing the provisions made for my Mother i
