Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other Wills and
Testaments heretofore by me at any time made.
FIRST:I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter
named,pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatever nature or kind and wheresoever situ-
ate to my daughter,Mrs.Mary Beard of Burgettstown,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my daughter,Mrs.Mary Beard of Burgettstown,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 2nd day of December,1952.
