LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

PIETRO FRANZONI
I,Pietro Franzoni,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto Dora Toretti,
absolutely and forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint Dora Torettl

as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
